They are highly liquid and have no bad loans enabling them to aggressively go after quality loan opportunities. Job Description Commercial Lender: This is a full relationship manager position responsible for generating new business, underwriting those deals and managing those relationships for the bank. There is a credit department to help with the number crunching but you are the underwriter. This is an opportunity to work with complex credits, build strong relationships with business leaders and with the senior management of the bank. If you have the commercial lending experience in Montgomery County, Maryland, are self motivated and have the confidence to represent a top quality bank selling commercial loans, banking services, underwriting your own loans, managing banking relationships and helping companies reach their potential then this could be your opportunity. This position will be developing new business with small to middle market commercial companies, professionals and associations located in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC.
