| Job Description: |
Maintains an effective internal control environment; develops and maintains methods for evaluating all collateral pledged to the Bank; performs in-house and field evaluations of collateral to ensure that sufficient levels of marketable collateral exist to prudently secure Bank advances and other credit products; manages the collateral function within the Bank. In these capacities, this is primarily a field position where the incumbent interfaces directly with senior management at Member banks on their premises. As a result, it is critical that the incumbent be able to work independently with little to no supervision and also be adept at negotiating the subjective analytics and collateral adjustments with Member senior management. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other related field. Regulatory/Banking Department examiner certification a plus. • 7 years experience in the financial services industry with an emphasis on auditing and/or examination, including due diligence and/or regulatory compliance audits for both residential and commercial mortgage assets. • Extensive knowledge of financial statement and asset portfolio analysis, residential and commercial loan underwriting methodology, statistical sampling techniques, mortgage banking and secondary market underwriting guidelines. • Employs extensive knowledge of investment securities and skills related to valuation techniques. • Superior organizational and self-management skills, and a willingness to travel extensively (estimated 50%) to PA, WV, & DE, are necessary to implement an on-going on-site collateral review and auditing program. |
