| Job Description: |
Job Duties: ·Review closed loans ·Perform risk analysis ·Identify potential fraud ·Communicate the results of file reviews both verbally and in written format to internal and external customers ·Maintain a sound knowledge of secondary market activity, practices, and business/industry practices as they impact underwriting quality and origination activity All work is on-site in Dallas, TX—please do not apply if you are looking to work from home. | Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
·Strong manual underwriting skills in the secondary market ·Experience making the decisions on a loan and analyzing / reviewing the information regarding a loan particularly closed loans ·Secondary market experience is ideal ·8+ years of underwriting experience ·Undergraduate degree strongly preferred ·Need to know Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines ·Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Please share this with your network of real estate and mortgage professionals. |
