| Job Description: |
Conduct consumer and commercial compliance examinations to ensure regulatory compliance with applicable laws including Regulation B, Regulation Z, FCRA and CRA. Interface with bank management groups and report findings to senior management team. Serve as main conduit to external bank regulators. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
5+ years bank compliance experience required. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Prefer candidates with a Regulatory background with experience leading bank exams looking to minimize their travel schedule. CRCM or commissioned bank examiner preferred. |
