| Job Description: |
Financial System Analyst is responsible for understanding and updating the business requirements and system specifications and to support the developers with any requirements related issues. He/she will develop and execute test cases to ensure the correct implementation of the system specs. Must be experienced with UNIX OS. Abilities to write SQL queries, develop Unix scripts, understand XML and decipher C++ code are highly valuable. The individual will serve as a key member of the Financial Data Warehouse (FDW) team that provides and supports enterprise data for accounting, financial reporting and total return infrastructure. This requires professional self-starters who can quickly understand customer needs and translate them into actionable items. This position’s purpose is to provide strong analytical and problem solving abilities to set and accomplish project deliverables. It is to provide strong understanding of operational controls and financial analysis to be accountable for the project deliverables. Individual will develop sql scripts in order to extract data for comparison between actuals and expected. Provide thorough analysis of data discrepancies and communicate to various groups in the Shared Services area. |

*4-6 years of related work experience *Strong knowledge of SQL for querying databases *-4 years UNIX experience with strong shell scripting skills |
