| Job Description: |
Utilizing internal and external referral sources, will aggressively call on "C&I" lending prospects - companies with annual revenues ranging from $1mm to $10mm. Assumes an existing portfolio and will be responsible for the ongoing customer services related to those existing customers and responsible to develop new commercial credit and deposit business for the bank. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelors Degree. Formal Credit Training. At least 8 to 10 years experience banking small business and emerging middle-market customers. A demonstrable record of sales success. Self-motivated, excellent verbal and written communications skills. Proven analytical skills and expert knowledge of cash-flow and collateral loan underwriting and structure. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Experience within a business banking or commercial/corporate banking group of a larger bank. Competitive "hunter" mentality. |
