| Job Description: |
This position is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling all of the corporate functions of the Bank to ensure efficient operations and financial results. Will oversee budget; compliance with audit and Sarbanes Oxley controls; advertising/marketing program; mortgage loan accounting; and maintaining the Banks public image. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
A bachelor’s degree 10 years of proven banking experience in operations, lending and/or finance and accounting 5 years experience in management |
