| Job Description: |
The Associate will report to the Global Business Services Analytics Manager and will be responsible for providing analytical support to the managers of the Business Services functional areas within CSRE.
Principal Responsibilities
o Provide recommendations on business opportunities using quantitative and qualitative analysis
o Provide forward looking analysis to support/generate strategic planning and decision making
o Develop financial models to facilitate business decisions
o Prepare scheduled and ad hoc reports for senior management
o Design reports to disseminate information to clients
o Synthesize large volumes of data to key salient points and present actionable items to managers
o Analyze business processes, looking for opportunities to improve and streamline the process and provide greater transparency between the business drivers and financial results

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
o Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel (must know V-lookup and Pivot Tables)
o Excel and Application Modeling skills
o Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and project management skills
o Ability to work with large volumes of data
o Quantitative aptitude
o Learn and adapt quickly
o Desire to work on multiple projects simultaneously
o Possess exceptional problem analysis and solving skills
o Three to five years experience in corporate environment, preferably in finance related functions
o BA/BS – required
