| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Demonstrated excellence in developing and directing new commercial real estate business up to $100MM deal size; strong underwriting and structure history; reputation as a leader of teams, with a high interest in mentoring lenders at all levels for continued professional development. Proficiency in required core competencies is expected. |
