| Job Description: |
Interact with regional government auditors on tax audits and preparing responses to inquires from respective parties. Prepare U.S. federal income tax returns, related schedules/papers, and state and related taxes. Aid senior Tax leadership with regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with domestic and international tax laws and regulations. Prepare quarterly current and future tax accounting provision for the division. Ensure FIN-48 and SOX control documentation is current for division as well as the punctual and correct payment of corporate income tax installments and interrelated remittances. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelors Degree in Accounting CPA designation Masters in Accountancy or Tax |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
LMSB tax experience Experience in the manufacturing, energy, or financial services verticals are valuable. |
