| Job Description: |
Two opportunities exist at this level.
All candidates should have extensive knowledge and experience in audit procedures, GAAP, SAS and report writing. The audit manager will be responsible for all phases of the engagement. Candidates must possess verifiable successes in client relationship building/maintenance and engagement management, as well as an ability to supervise and develop staff.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelors Degree in Accounting
Masters Degree in Accounting or Tax is strongly preferred
5 or more years tax experience in public accounting
