| Job Description: |
This is a sales and relationship management position in the National Sales, Member/Business Interface Department at SBA Business Capital. The position is responsible for generating business loans growth in all sectors of the SBA market within small business. This role is responsible for a specific geographical regions’ business development with emphasis on small business lending services. Additionally, they provide support, direction, credit information, and loan policies and procedures to ensure the overall quality of the business-lending portfolio. This Group will work with Loan Sizes up to $2MM in both SBA 7a and 504 Programs as well as Conventional Loans ( Real Estate Backed) |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
1. Minimum five years of experience and knowledge of Small Business Administration (SBA), conventional loans, programs and procedures. Experience in loan documentation and closing in multiple jurisdictions. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards applicable to SBA products, commercial lending and commercial real estate. 2. Bachelor's degree required, Masters Degree preferred. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of management and staff required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization and diverse personalities required. 4. Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities, demanding deadlines and sudden changes in workflow. Excellent time management skills. 5. Ability to develop strategies to manage problematic loans. 6. Excellent math skills, with emphasis in accuracy and precision. 7. Strong ability to take the initiative on assignments. 8. Strong presentation skills. 9. Working knowledge of on-line lead management software, well-developed financial analysis capabilities, and demonstrated ability to manage computer operations and applications. Ability to utilize a personal computer with word processing, XL spreadsheets, database and presentation software packages. 10. Ability to be on call as needed and to travel to branches and off-site locations as required or scheduled. |
