Join this Fortune 500 Company located in the Midwest!!The Director of Financial Reporting is responsible for successfully leading the Financial Reporting department.Primary duties will include:* Contribute and execute preparation of external reporting requirements, including it's 10-Q, 10-K, annual report to shareholders, proxy, and various debt and equity filings * Assist in the preparation/review of internal monthly reporting information * Analyze new accounting announcements that are pertinent to the company * Assist in the preparation and presentation of technical accounting issues |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
* Bachelor's Degree and CPA required * 7+ years financial reporting experience a must * MUST HAVE BIG 4 and/or Fortune 500 experience * MUST HAVE RECENT SEC REPORTING EXPERIENCE * Must have the ability to manage, coach, and mentor * Minimal travel expected |
