| Job Description: |
Support role working with Relationship Managers Regional Vice President and the Credit Department to conduct loan analysis, prepare industry research, operational/financial modeling analysis and ongoing maintenance of existing and new relationships. Primarily responsible for the analysis and preparation of credit applications to properly structure loans and to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Assist in the preparation of annual reviews. Knowledge of both long-term and short-term agricultural credit is ideal. Customer contact and interaction will be required. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
2-3 years of agricultural credit analysis experience. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Candidates who have C & I credit analysis experience but have, but have not done agricultural credit analysis. Training on agricultural lending analysis may be possible. |
