| Job Description: |
We need a person who is extremely efficient at reducing costs of operations and using synergies when combining banks. One who is a strong leader with hands on experience combining banks through mergers and acquisitions. We are looking for someone to assist in what they are calling a "roll up" strategy in phases. First phase is to acquire a community bank with assets of approx. $500mm. Within first 12 to 18 months phase two is to make one or more acquisitions to achieve approx $1 billion in assets. Phase 3 is to turn these banks into one organization and eventually achieve approx $3 billion in assets. Eventually go public or sell to a larger institution. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Experience as a Chief Operating Officer or PRES/CEO in a financial institution. Extensive executive level experience in the overall operations of a community or regional bank. In-depth knowledge of the entire bank management process. Proven success in growth through acquisition and consolidation strategies. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Experienced President/CEO/COO who has solid relationships with regulators, who is hands on and has the knowledge, ability and experience to combine several smaller banks into one institution. One who is well respected and known by the regulators, knows how to put in place administrative functions, how to pool services, functions and administration under one umbrella. One who is able to reduce costs and maximize efficiencies. We don't need the M&A, due dilligence, or front end experience, what we need is the post acquisition merger, intergration and consolidation experience. |
